I enjoy helping those who cannot help themselves. Life is a Journey a marathon not a sprint, it’s like a rollercoaster with MANY ups & downs. You gotta learn to ride the waves! I can’t teach you how to swim but I can teach you how to stay above water.

Life threw me a hard ball in 2018 ~ I lost my fiance, my best friend, my Forever love to a massive heart attack! It was one of the worse days of my life but I survived & im alive & I can you that Grief is not an emotion you can ignore. Face it head on & one day the sky will blue again! The flowers will be bright, fragrant & blooming again! The mountains will be high & wavy! The sound of the beach will sing  again instead of crying! It’s an AMAZING feeling to be back in life again!
